Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
- The Accommodation Contract and related agreements concluded between Hostel JAZ (hereinafter referred to as "the Hostel") and guests shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by laws and regulations or generally established practices.
- If the Hostel agrees to special provisions within the scope not contrary to laws and customs, such provisions shall prevail.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)

A guest who intends to apply for an accommodation contract shall provide the Hostel with the following information:
(1) Guest name
(2) Accommodation date and estimated arrival time
(3) Accommodation charge
(4) Other matters deemed necessary by the Hostel - If a guest requests to extend their stay beyond the originally reserved dates during their stay, the Hostel shall treat such request as a new application.
Article 3 (Conclusion of Accommodation Contract)
- The accommodation contract shall be considered concluded when the Hostel accepts the application.
- Upon conclusion of the contract, the Hostel may require a deposit up to the total accommodation fee for the stay period.
- The deposit will first be applied to the accommodation charges and subsequently to cancellation fees or damages if applicable.
- If the deposit is not paid by the designated date, the contract may become invalid.
Article 4 (Special Provisions Not Requiring Deposit)
- The Hostel may accept special provisions not requiring a deposit.
- If the Hostel does not request payment of a deposit or designate a payment deadline, it shall be deemed that such special provisions apply.
Article 5 (Refusal of Accommodation Contract)
The Hostel may refuse accommodation in the following cases:- Applications that do not comply with these terms
- No vacancy due to full occupancy
- Guests likely to violate laws, public order, or morals
- Guests associated with organized crime groups
- Guests who may disturb other guests
- Guests clearly suffering from infectious disease
- Guests making unreasonable or violent demands
- Natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances
Article 6 (Guest's Right to Cancel Contract)

Article 7 (Hostel's Right to Cancel Contract)
The Hostel may cancel accommodation contracts in cases including:- Violation of laws or public order
- Association with organized crime
- Disturbing other guests
- Infectious disease
- Violent or unreasonable demands
- Natural disasters
- Smoking or fire hazards in rooms
Article 8 (Guest Registration)
Guests must provide the following upon check-in:- Name
- Nationality and passport number (foreign guests)
- Other required information
Article 9 (Room Usage Time)
Rooms may be used from **15:00 to 10:00 the next morning**.Article 10 (Compliance with Rules)
Guests must follow the Hostel's rules posted within the premises.Article 11 (Operating Hours)
- No curfew (some doors locked)
- Front desk: 06:00-22:00
Article 12 (Payment of Fees)
Payment may be made by **cash or credit card** accepted by the Hostel.Article 13 (Hostel Liability)
The Hostel shall compensate for damages caused by its fault but not for damages beyond its control.Article 14 (Inability to Provide Room)
If a reserved room cannot be provided, the Hostel will attempt to arrange accommodation elsewhere.Article 15 (Handling of Valuables)
The Hostel does not accept responsibility for valuables not deposited at the front desk.Article 16 (Storage of Baggage)
Lost items will be stored for **7 days** before being delivered to police.Article 17 (Guest Liability)

Guests must follow staff instructions during emergencies.End
